HOCKEY DAY IN CANADA
 The
City of Ottawa is encouraging it's residents to help celebrate Hockey
Day in Canada on Saturday, January 30th. Please bring your family
and friends to Lindenlea Rink at 12 noon, for a friendly game of shinny. BEAT THE BLUES
Mark
your calendars, and arrange for baby sitters! Saturday, February
20th, please join us for our annual winter social event. Due to
it's overwhelming success last year, we'll once again have several
casino stations set up - don't worry, it's only fake money! The
cost is $15/person, payable at the door. See you there.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
We
currently have available spaces in our After School Program for
children in grades 1 - 4, attending RPPS. If you would like to
know how our program works, please call us at (613)742-5011.
The Lindenleader is the newsletter of the Lindenlea Community Association.

Advertisements of interest to the community are accepted, space
permitting. Rates start at $30 per issue for a business card-sized
space.

 Do your part for the planet! In
the lobby of the Community Centre, you will find a sign-up sheet to
perform an act of goodness for the planet. It can be something
simple, but let's get as many of our residents to participate as
possible.
LCA Board Meetings
Held
the second Thursday of every month, at 8:15 p.m. at the Lindenlea
Community Centre, 15 Rockcliffe Way. All meetings are open forums.
