Volunteering at the Ottawa food bank

The Ottawa Food Bank

Thanks to everyone who volunteered to help sort food at The Ottawa Food Bank.  I have scheduled a time to do it again in the spring and will advertise closer to the date.  We had a good time and learned a lot about who the food bank serves and how it operates.  As you can imagine, demand for its services are increasing.  They will soon be starting Food Drives for the Holidays.

Lindenlea Community Centre is a drop off location for The Shoebox Project!
